A NEW RAILWAY HELPLINE NUMBER 138, FUNCTIONAL 24 X 7, FOR THE BENEFIT OF RAILWAY PASSENGERS

As announced in the Railway Budget o­n 26.02.2015 by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Railways, customer helpline number 138 has been installed in all the Divisional Çommercial Controls of Southern Railway and made functional to handle all voice complaints relating to cleanliness, food & catering, coach maintenance, medical emergency, linen, etc.Travelling public are requested to make use of this facility to serve them better and efficiently.
