Passengers are requested to contact Officer on Special Duty to Chief Commercial Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai on phone no.044/25354405, Mobile No.9003160969, 9003160995 and Helpline No.138, to redress their grievances.

Ticket refunds claims are normally cleared within a period of four weeks. Passengers are requested to contact Officer on Special Duty to Chief Commercial Manager on the phone/mobile numbers listed above for non-receipt of ticket refunds beyond one month with details about their refund claims and phone number of the passenger/applicant.
